Our lighting and home decor is dispatched from our partner warehouses in the UK and overseas.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: delivery usually takes 5–9 working days. Some items are dispatched from UK stock and arrive in 2–5 working days.
- EU and international: delivery times vary by destination and are usually longer than for UK orders.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by busy periods or courier delays.
Delivery costs
- UK Standard: free on orders of £50 or more; £5.99 on orders under £50.
- EU Standard: £14.99.
- International Standard: £23.99.
The delivery cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Multiple parcels
If you order more than one item, your order may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels. There is no extra charge for this.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
International orders
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number and we will help sort it out.
