How long will delivery take?

UK delivery usually takes 5–9 working days, and some items from UK stock arrive in just 2–5 working days. Delivery to the EU and other international destinations usually takes longer and varies by country. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

How much does delivery cost?

UK delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and £5.99 on orders under £50. EU delivery is £14.99 and international delivery is £23.99. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Our products are dispatched from our partner warehouses in the UK and overseas. If you order several items, they may be dispatched from different locations and arrive separately. You will not be charged extra for this.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. You can find more help on our Track Order page.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Please read our Return Policy for how it works.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We are sorry if that happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.

How can I pay?

Our checkout is secure and accepts express payment options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as well as the other methods shown at checkout.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver to the EU and many other countries. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
